How We Got Started

Our Story

Weekend Liberty was born to help give back time to people’s lives. The three of us all have 15 years of experience in field service or customer relations and have been very successful in building large teams and providing services for homeowners. As we have worked together over the years, we’ve found that most of our customers need and want to spend more time with their families but don’t do it because they have yard work or other projects that they need to get done around the house.

We have also found that most people can’t afford to pay someone to come to their home because it costs way too much with the costs all due upfront. Just finding service providers who can take care of the work for them is also time consuming – homeowners have to call and get separate bids for each project or service they need to get done.

Because of this, we decided we wanted to start building a company that would be more affordable for home owners, allowing them to get all of their projects done at a reasonable rate with just one bid. Weekend Liberty makes more services available for home owners so they don’t have to research multiple companies to get everything done that they need.

This is why our logo shows the grains of sand going upward into the hourglass instead of down as time usually flows – to represent our giving back that precious family time to each of our customers. We currently only offer a few services, but as we expand and grow, our vision is to be able to provide all of the services that our customers will need – from window cleaning to selling your home.

Meet The Weekend Liberty Team

Shane Campbell

President

I have 15 years of experience in leadership and management, with 14 of those being in the security industry building platforms for Field Operations. I helped build a small company called Apex Alarm into the larger organization that is now known as Vivint, building their service program from a small start-up into a company that now has locations all over North America. I now am a General Manager at one of the companies under the parent company Washakie Renewable Energy, where I was hired to help fix a company that was going under. I am also a licensed real estate agent. When I am not busy turning back time for my customers, I like to spend time outdoors hiking and camping. I am a big car guy, and love old muscle cars, and spending time with my family.

Wilson Liljenquist

Operations

Often known for his witty jokes and comical demeanor, Wilson is the bearded one of the group. Hiding behind that beard is more than 12 years of customer service. Many of those years were spent in utilizing his skills as a people person to manage a fine dinning restaurant which held many awards on the state level. Wilson has also been able to use his education in Human Resources to work for a number of companies managing teams nationwide and close to home. Wilson enjoys helping to organize and document procedures to improve customer experience and provide outstanding service. Along with enjoying projects around the home and yard, Wilson looks for time to spend on his motorcycle or on date nights with his wife Lexi, trying new restaurants and watching movies.

Jason Stokes

Sales

Jason Stokes (known simply as “Stokes” to his friends) brings more than 20 years of management experience to the Weekend Liberty team. Jason spent over 6 years in the manufacturing industry before moving into security where he’s spent the past 14 years in operations management, managing crews of more than 300 employees. Jason’s passion for the customer experience presents a competitive advantage for Weekend Liberty as we will not be out performed when it comes to customer service. Jason’s leadership style is that of service, he believes the better he serves his employees the better they will be able to serve the customers. Jason has been happily married for 18 years and enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 extraordinary kids doing anything and everything outdoors.
